I do accept returns within 10 days after product arrives you have to provide your own shipping label for returns. 

If the product arrives damage I resend or offer refund.

I do give refunds during booked sessions if you are not happy with the reading or we don’t connect. if you cancel within 24 hours of booked session you could reschedule. If you cancel last minute I don’t give refunds. 

I don’t give refunds on rituals Because those are prepared and personal to the person. i also don’t offer them because they take time and effort. if you book a ritual please make sure that is something you want and you are willing to work and have faith because it’s not a over night miracle It takes time.
